By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these additional house rules. This property is intended for quiet enjoyment by registered guests only. Only the individuals included on the reservation may access the property unless prior written approval has been provided by the host. Parties, events, gatherings, commercial activities, photo shoots, filming, and unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and additional charges where permitted under Airbnb's policies. Please be respectful of our neighbours and the surrounding community. Excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted at any time. Quiet hours must be respected each evening and overnight. We ask that you keep conversations and outdoor noise to a minimum, particularly during these hours. Please treat the home with the same care and respect you would your own. Before checkout, kindly wash and put away all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen items that were used during your stay. Please place all garbage and recycling in the designated bins, wipe up any significant spills, and leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Our professional cleaning team will complete a full deep clean after your departure, so there is no need to strip beds or wash linens. Smoking, vaping, cannabis, illegal drugs, fireworks, candles, incense, or any open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home or on the property. Evidence of smoking or unauthorized substances may result in additional cleaning, deodorization, or damage charges. Please do not rearrange furniture or remove household items from the property. Decorative items, games, linens, kitchenware, and other furnishings are provided for your enjoyment and should remain inside the home. Guests are responsible for any missing, damaged, or excessively soiled items beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any accidental damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues as soon as possible. We understand accidents happen and greatly appreciate prompt communication so we can resolve issues quickly and minimize further damage. When leaving the property, please ensure all doors and windows are locked, lights are turned off, and heating or air conditioning is adjusted appropriately. Guests are responsible for safeguarding the property throughout their stay. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. The home may contain stairs, balconies, decks, furniture, appliances, and other features that require reasonable care. Guests acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring all members of their group use the property safely. Any amenities provided, including appliances, electronics, furniture, outdoor areas, balconies, stairways, decks, patios, games, and recreational equipment, are used entirely at the guest's own risk. The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, or damage arising from the use of the property or its amenities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where parking is available, guests assume all responsibility for their vehicles and belongings. The host is not liable for theft, damage, towing, parking tickets, or any losses relating to guest vehicles. Guests are responsible for following all posted parking restrictions and local regulations. Exterior security cameras may be installed at entrances and other exterior access points for the safety of guests and the protection of the property. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only and never record inside the home or any private guest spaces. Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, provincial, municipal, condominium, and Airbnb rules and regulations throughout their stay. Any costs arising from guest negligence, violations of house rules, unauthorized occupancy, excessive cleaning requirements, property damage, missing items, or bylaw infractions may be charged through Airbnb in accordance with Airbnb's policies and applicable law. Early check-in, late checkout, luggage drop-off, mid-stay cleanings, and other special requests may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
