To ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and comfortable experience, we kindly ask that you review and follow the guidelines below. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these additional house rules. Please treat the property with the same care and respect you would your own home. Before checkout, kindly wash and put away any dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen items used during your stay, dispose of all garbage and recycling in the designated bins, and leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Our professional housekeeping team will complete a full deep clean after your departure, so there is no need to strip beds or wash linens. Only the guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been provided by the host. Unauthorized visitors, parties, events, commercial activities, filming, photography sessions, or excessive occupancy are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Please be respectful of our neighbours and the surrounding community. Excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted. Quiet hours must always be observed. Smoking, vaping, cannabis, illegal drugs, fireworks, candles, incense, and any open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home or on the property. Any additional cleaning, deodorization, repair, or damage costs resulting from a violation may be charged to the guest. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. If anything is accidentally damaged or requires maintenance, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue promptly. A **minimum damage charge of $300** may apply, with higher charges assessed based on the cost of repairing or replacing damaged furniture, appliances, fixtures, décor, or other property. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests acknowledge that the property may include stairs, balconies, patios, decks, furniture, appliances, and other features that require reasonable care. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for supervising minors and ensuring all members of their group use the property safely. Guests understand that use of the property and all amenities is entirely at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, loss, or damage to guests or their personal belongings arising from the use of the property or its amenities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded by law. Please use all appliances, electronics, furniture, kitchen equipment, outdoor spaces, and any recreational amenities responsibly and only for their intended purpose. Any misuse resulting in damage or injury remains the responsibility of the guest. Where parking is available, vehicles are parked entirely at the guest's own risk. The host assumes no responsibility for theft, vandalism, damage, parking tickets, towing, or any loss relating to guest vehicles or their contents. Exterior security cameras may be installed at entrances and other outdoor access points for the safety of guests and the protection of the property. These cameras monitor exterior areas only and never record inside the home or in private guest spaces. Fees & Additional Charges * **Early Check-In:** $50 per hour, subject to availability and prior approval. * **Late Check-Out:** $50 per hour, subject to availability and prior approval. * **Unauthorized Late Departure:** Guests remaining beyond the approved checkout time without authorization may incur additional hourly charges and any costs associated with delayed cleanings or impacted reservations. * **Excessive Cleaning:** Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the property requires cleaning beyond our standard turnover due to excessive mess, stains, smoking, pet-related damage, or failure to follow house rules. * **Damage Charges:** Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged accordingly, with a minimum charge of **$300**, and additional costs based on the repair or replacement value of damaged items. Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, municipal bylaws, condominium rules (where applicable), and Airbnb policies throughout their stay. Any fines, penalties, excessive cleaning fees, unauthorized occupancy, missing items, or property damage resulting from a breach of these rules may be charged through Airbnb's Resolution Center in accordance with Airbnb's Terms of Service. The host reserves the right, where legally permitted, to access the property in the event of an emergency, urgent maintenance issue, or where reasonably necessary to protect the property or ensure guest safety.
