Quiet hours must always be observed, and guests are expected to respect the surrounding community. Please treat the home with the same care and respect you would your own. Before checkout, kindly wash and put away any dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen items used during your stay, dispose of all garbage and recycling in the designated bins, and leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Our professional housekeeping team will complete a full deep clean after your departure. Smoking, vaping, cannabis, illegal drugs, candles, incense, fireworks, and any open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home or on the property. Any additional cleaning, deodorization, repair, or damage costs resulting from a violation will be charged to the responsible guest. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or anyone in their party beyond normal wear and tear. If anything is accidentally damaged or requires maintenance during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The property may include stairs, balconies, decks, furniture, appliances, and other features that require reasonable care. Guests accept full responsibility for supervising children and ensuring all members of their group use the property safely. Guests use the property and all amenities entirely at their own risk. Any fines, penalties, excessive cleaning fees, property damage, missing items, unauthorized occupancy, or costs resulting from violations of these rules may be charged through Airbnb in accordance with Airbnb's Terms of Service. The host reserves the right to enter the property, where legally permitted and with appropriate notice when required, for emergency situations, urgent repairs, safety concerns, or to protect the property.
