Our professional housekeeping team will complete a full deep clean after your departure, so there is no need to strip beds or wash linens. Only the guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been provided. Unauthorized visitors, parties, events, commercial activities, filming, photography sessions, or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and any applicable charges permitted under Airbnb's policies. Please be respectful of our neighbours at all times. Excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted. Quiet hours must be observed each evening, and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully both inside and outside the property. Smoking, vaping, cannabis, illegal drugs, candles, incense, fireworks, and any open flames are strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property unless specifically designated otherwise. Any additional cleaning, deodorization, damage, or safety costs resulting from a violation will be the responsibility of the guest. Guests are responsible for securing the property whenever leaving. Please lock all doors and windows, turn off lights, televisions, air conditioning or heating, and small appliances when not in use. The host is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings left inside the home, vehicles, or anywhere on the property. Please report any accidental damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues as soon as they occur. Prompt reporting allows us to resolve issues quickly and helps prevent further damage. Failure to report damage may result in additional charges where permitted under Airbnb's policies. Guests acknowledge that use of the property and its amenities is entirely at their own risk. The host accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft, or damage to persons or personal property arising from the use of the home, the property, or any amenities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times and ensuring they use the property safely. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for minors during the stay. Please exercise reasonable care when using all appliances, electronics, stairs, balconies, decks, patios, outdoor areas, furniture, and any recreational equipment provided. Guests agree to use all amenities safely and only for their intended purpose. Any misuse resulting in damage or injury is the responsibility of the guest. Where parking is available, guests park vehicles entirely at their own risk. The host is not responsible for theft, vandalism, damage, towing, tickets, or any other loss relating to guest vehicles. Guests are responsible for complying with all posted parking restrictions and local regulations. Exterior security cameras may be installed at entrances and other exterior access points for the safety of guests and the protection of the property. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only and never record inside the home or in any private guest spaces. Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, condominium or municipal bylaws (where applicable), Airbnb policies, and any instructions provided by the host during the stay. Any fines, penalties, additional cleaning costs, damage, excessive wear and tear, missing items, or violations resulting from the actions of guests or their visitors may be charged through Airbnb in accordance with Airbnb's Terms of Service and applicable law. By staying at the property, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these additional house rules and accept responsibility for themselves, all members of their group, and any approved visitors throughout the duration of the reservation.
